Caitlin-Finally!

September 27, 2009

I know that everything happens for a reason… Today, after looking at Caitlin’s final wrap on her senior pics, now I know why we were delayed so many times. The good Lord made us a beautiful day!

I couldn’t be anymore happy with these:

Sneak Peek from mini-shoots

September 27, 2009

This is just a quick sneak peek from the weekend mini-shoots. I had so much fun, and despite that two families were unable to attend, I think it was a huge success!

I look forward to offering more of these.

This last shot was one of my favorites from the day. These two girls are best friends, and they had so much fun just being them. I think I had even more fun working with them. Thanks for all the smiles girls!

Thanks to everyone who made this mini-shoot a great day of photography!!!

I am in the process of proofing the daycare I shot today, so I thought I would share some that I thought were cute.

I enjoyed the day with the kids so much!!! They are so cute! And the employees are so awesome. The director herself works with me on helping to get the kids smile. Since they don’t know me, sometimes it can be hard. The other girls are so awesome about keeping the kids coming and going. I couldn’t ask for a smoother “operation”.

Also, I though this would be a good example of showcasing my editing:

A mom came in today with her little man, and I asked about the sore on his nose. Like everyone else, he’s suffering from allergies and got a little raw under his nose. She asked if I could fix it, of course. And I delivered. I’m sure she will be happy.

I do not ever charge for editing photos such as this with bruises, or moment too soon scratches or cuts. Believe me, I know what it’s like to have a photo with a huge cut on the forehead.

I’m happy with the results.

Thanks for having me back again!

Little Man “T”

September 8, 2009

Here is a sneak peek from my most recent baby shoot… Oh my gosh, this photo shoot was so great. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed being around this little guy. He makes me want a little boy! Mommy and Daddy are two very proud parents.

And last but not least… I have been wanting to do this forever, and never had the right opportunity. I saw this once before, and it has always stayed in my memory.

Thanks so much for letting me photograph your little guy!

Keith’s Senior Shoot

September 6, 2009

While I am waiting on some galleries to upload, I thought I would post some of my most recent senior shoot.

I drove almost 200 miles for this shoot. The day was full of pictures. I also shot his grandparent’s 50th wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful reception. All of the kids had put a lot of time and energy into planning the party. All I can say is I hope that I will be so blessed by my children.

After the reception, I ventured out with Keith and his best friend.

What can I say about Keith? Well, he for sure made a statement that day, and memory I will never forget. He’s very quiet, hardly smiles, but was adamant about shooting ALL of his pics in the same shirt and jeans. And I must say, after getting to know him a little bit, it didn’t surprise me. It fits his style. And I liked the tee… and his awesome truck.

He is a very sweet, and very polite kid, and I have to say the shoot was awesome! I decided to process his photos in a very county-vintage way.
