Love.

I love everything about Love. It’s a wonderful feeling, and here lately I have been blessed to experience a whole lot of it. I humbly admit that I never saw becoming a wedding photographer in my future, but it’s a photography experience unlike anything else I have ever done. Even more than just ‘Love’, I love weddings! They are a happy and joyous event that brings out the best in emotions and reactions in those that are involved. Yes, even the photographer.

Despite the cold day, we had so much fun shooting these two for their engagement pictures. They have a unique farm life and seem to just fit perfect. I was really feeling it with these two. Here is their sneak peek:

Sunday, after church, I stopped by to see my little sister. We got to talking about taking pictures for their Christmas card this year and despite the weather, we planned to shoot yesterday afternoon. Boy were we pleasantly surprised when the sun decided to break out and brighten things up. We had so much fun driving around and shooting. These two are always funny and full of jokes. Here is their sneak peek:

I loved both of these so much, had to post them in color and black and white.

I shot my very first sillhouette with these two when they got engaged in 2005. So it was to be expected that we shoot another one almost 5 years later.

Last is their Christmas card we designed together. Simple and fun.

This is my cute brother and sister-in-law. They are expecting a little “fry” in the winter. They were gracious enough to come down to the studio and let me shoot them.

I think they are such a gorgeous couple. I can’t wait til our little guy arrives so Aunt Shannon can get some lovin’s.

I enjoyed this past Saturday with a very cute couple from Clinton. They were up for anything. He was such a good sport not being able to watch the OU game, but he informed me that he had DVR’d it. I know that I can’t live without my DVR, it’s the greatest invention since sliced bread. As much as I am a fan of black and white, I am posting most of the images in color because this weekend was THE weekend to shoot. The fall colors were stunning, and by Thursday, they will probably be gone. Here is their sneak peek!
